  1. what did you guys think about this tape ?

i only didn't like one song really....other than that great job J.cole.
    Getting way better.

roc nations looking ill......the tripple J threat (jay-z,j.cole,jay-e)

  2. Better than I expected. Although, I find some of the production cringe-worthy I just hate the modern style of beats with those tic-tic percussions.

  3. Love it. Especially his song with Wale "You Got It". Villematic is produced by Kanye and sick as well. Drake has a verse on "In the Morning" that's nice. I need to bump this for a little while more so it can sink in.

    Don't sleep on J. Cole.

  4. I love it. I'm not a big Cole fan, but I think he's got me with this one.

  5. It's too mellow for my tastes. I thought his other two mixtapes were better.

  6. listening it to it now, its pretty dope.

Jcole def puts his emotion into it, pretty nice flow, but some of the songs i just don't like but they're not bad.

  7. too mellow for a stoner ? LOL

"this food for thought cost the same as 2 number 3's"
    kids nice !

  8. "cause I'm trying to cheat death, she had to bury my ass
you know the cliche “lifes a bitch” well I'm gon marry that ass" Farewell

but seriously though, disagree if you want, Cole is one of the most quotable artists right now, which I love, creativity at it's best. a lot of people will say Drake is, and I'm not turning this into a J. Cole vs Drake argument, but Cole's lines have a direction they are going in, a message he is trying to get across.

  9. i havent heard any new drake raps.......

    j.coles hot right now

    kanyes more quotable kinda

  10. "too deep for the intro" is the shit. his best song yet

  11. yeah hes getting way better......hopefully signing to roc nation will just make him that complete artist.

  12. I'm listening to it right now, so far so good. :smoke:

  13. nothing new from Drake is worth listening to, he's got the flow and funny punches, whatever

but I don't think Ye is more quotable, IMO, he's a pretty overrated lyricist, only line I really loved was "Killin y'all *****z on that lyrical shit, Mayonnaise colored Benz, I push Miracle Whips"

  14. da fuck ??? nah man he be spitten that dope shit..

"What color was the skin of the man who bared the cross?
No matter how many lashes they couldn't beat it off"

"They try to tell me that aliens built the pyramids,
    I swear life's a bitch on a period,
For every inch they cut the nose off the Sphinx,
I make my jeweler add a few more links"

"althought the jewelry egypitian, the hungers ethiopian"

man this *****s spitten that nas shit and yall aint listenin.

the second verse on sea world is recycled from a funkmaster flex freestyle. i diddnt really like how he did that, cause the freestyle was way better. and a lot of recycled tracks from the blowup.

the blowup was better, but im still listening to FNL at least once a day

edit: kanyes part of the Illuminati. i used to consider him a genius... now i consider him an evil genius :D

  16. j cole >>

love the tape been bumpin it bout a week now

  17. lol evil genius hahahaha

idk i dont believe that bullshit. each to his own tho.i dont care if he is.
i dont believe in the devil

  18. yeah i really dont either. but i know kanye is too smart of a man, and there are way to many references in his videos for it to be a coincidence. he said power, took him 5000 man hours to make. there are a shit load of Illuminati references in the video. i dont blame him or jay-z though, if i was as powerful as them, i would probably be apart of the Illuminati too.

jay-z is one of my favorite artists btw

  19. lol i think its a joke tho its honestly funny.

jay-z amazing....i grew up on him... roc la famila is my favorite shit.

  20. whaaat! roc la famila is your favorite jay album? thats fuckin weird. the obvious, blueprint and reasonable doubt are mine. the blueprints production is phenomenal, thanks kanye
