fresh cuttings for butter?

    Is it possible to use my fresh cuttings while making butter or do I need to dry them out first?

    Yes you can use them fresh, for cuttings i recommend a QP for a pound of butter.

    Youll want to decarbolize them 10 minutes at 325 in the oven first.

    I have 2.1 ounces and they a fine cuttings

    nevermind i did the math and it adds up to half pound of butter.
