Anyways..when I do mine I just freeze it until it’s hard. But I’m sure someone half decent can give you a informational answer and not be so rude. By the way welcome

Be polite as it gets you polite responses and the moderators won't need to ban or scold you.
I doubt Calyx-o was being intentionally rude as I've seen several of his-her posts and they are always aimed at being helpful.
We are all here to teach and they were showing you how to get some ones attention on the system with the @ symbol before their name.

To answer your original question I freeze just long enough to fully harden the Coconut oil. I'm usually making several dishes of oil at once so the freeze is the same as a heat cycle 20 or 40 minutes depending on where in the run I'm at. Decarbing or making Hash oil.

My wife is a bit of a smart ass and it's amazing how many people get all butt hurt at some of her innocuous posts.
I've lived with her for over 40 years and know how her brain works and she's mostly being cute and doesn't mean anything bad but Wow do some people totally read the worst into her text.



With 10 pounds of dry ice and about 3 pounds of good buds I knocked out around 150 grams of high grade Kief yesterday and I'll get started on making more Hash Caps today if things work out as planned.
