ive been a fan and lurker of this very site for quite some time (heck even my fav "water pipe" came from this site), all the info has been great and my brain has swelled with chiba knowledge more than once...only to be deflated later by the chiba i learned so much about. however lately hard times has befallen this High Times subscriber. my local pusher mang has decided im not that great of a customer and has been dicking me around with poor quality smoke at unreasonbly high prices...so i gave him the royal finger (thats the one in teh middle) and built the most haggard grow space ive ever seen. ive collected some bagseeds from nice smoke and they're coming along quite nicely (in comparison with what ive seen). ill post some pics later when my little darlings show their pretty little faces. I realize that ive asked no questions about growing the chiba...but they're not finished growing yet so be patient. i just wanted to share my little tale and thank everyone for posting their growing tips and helping me stick it to the weedman!!!
its been a hobby of mine to tinker and engineer many different household items into something a bit more useful. im a big fan of multi-tasking so ive rigged myself some plant pots...without having to actually "pay" for anything. here's what im using (feel free to rip it to peices) 1.) i snagged some 11.5 oz. Coffee cans from behind the local supermarket 2.) put a nice little kitchen sponge in the bottom (this should help me not overwater the chiba) 3.) i used a 50/50 mix of wal-mart top soil and Miracle Grow (i know ewww MG) Garden Soil. the MG has "time released fertilizer" so hopefully all will go well, and if not...they're bagseeds so no big loss i hope it will turn out well. i havent finished prepping my growspace yet and hopefully ill have some time to snag pics and post them. all the best to ye fellas ~Shaman Steve out~

all praises to the heavens!!! my first germination is complete!!! i was checking the seeds i was germinating in the paper towels...and i saw the cutest little taproot on the biggest baddest most tiger-looking seed in the bunch!!! so she (PLZ oh PLZ) is now planted in my coffee can...and upon further inspection of my germination box, a few more seeds are beginning to split open and tap roots are coming!!! im so happy right now!!! i just hope they are chicks
