Someone has their weed plants in the woods near my house which is owned by MY propetry which i pay taxes on! I just found them and im gonna go back and take them all now Yesss.
How about you wait till right before harvest. Be sure to not take the plants but clip off most of the buds, leave a bud on the top and leave a note saying "herbal gathering on my property, but here's something for your trouble"
i probably shouldnt leave any hints that indicate that the owner of the land took it though.. lol he may smash my windows or something
Damn man, I wouldn't take it. It's so much work to grow plants and take care of them, it just seems wrong to steal them from him. Put yourself in his position. That would really suck to lose the whole harvest...
Yeah dude, I'd wait until near harvest, take like 10-25%, and leave a note saying that you're cool with weed and you aren't turning him in, but that it's a liability to have it growing in your property and so you're taking your cut.
heres an off the wall suggestion.... Case the area....when you se him or them....come out an talk to them. you can do it without a surprise.....look this way nobody gets a surprise....he's got no reason to get pissed at you...(you could turn him in)...then like two guys swinging a deal..swing a deal.... take your 20-25% cut and walk away....maybe next time he'll grow a bigger crop.. call it Sharecroppin....LOL.....

well.....pateince pays off.... most folks check on crops the early morn or at dusk..... its just a way to not end up with a battle on your ground...

ok man realize that this man probably wont check it till near harvest, and that he probably has 30 other plants. My good friend does this every year. He will walk around throwing seeds all over the place, close to harvest he walks the same road, and gathers whatever he can.
