For those who own a tent, and only need to dry a small amount at a time and don't care to make the whole house stink this may be for you. I didn't want to take pictures of the outside of the box because of the printing on the box, but you get the idea from the pix. It's 2'x1'x16"H, the string is one piece laced through holes, 3"from the top, in both sides (like a sneaker basically). I cut a 4" vent hole in the upper area of one side for a piece of exhaust duct which I attatch to one on my lower vent hole on my tent. The other side of the box just has a couple 2"x2" vent cut-outs to let air into the box. I'll explain: First drape your freshly chopped branches over the strings and close the top flaps...use tape to hold it closed. The tent exhaust fan is on all the time, and draws air through the drying box into the tent. The filter then scrubs the smell and ships it outside. I had the ducting leftover, so this box cost me zero, and took about 1/2hr to make.
Thanx for the concern, but I don't really have a bug problem in my home. Actually, it doesn't show in the pix, but I have pieces of hose over any holes to catch dust. And, I wouldn't say No Buds...I have one or two....
The strain is an AUTO...Easy Ryder (fems). And every seed did grow a female plant. Easy to grow, strong yield with full stem cola's just loaded with sugar.
Nice crop!!! I see 6 tops on the larger plant, can I ask how big the container was or is? and what you had for lighting?
Nice lookin girls!! I have three beans of easyryder just waitin to be germed. Good to see what I can expect! How much did you harvest from those?
did u top that auto or just lst. i have 3 berry ryders. i have grown autos and i dont wanna do anything to them that will risk the yield. if you could give me a couple sugguestions. i want mine to look like the one with the tape measure in the pot.
Well, I gave each one a spin every day, some water and nutes but that's it. All 3 plants went to 80days and were loaded with sugar on cola's in the 12inch range. I start the seed right in the pot it will stay in...no transplanting. Each of my plants grew very differently on their own. I would never top an auto unless it was too close to my hps bulb. The closer I could get my hps lamp the shorter and bushier the plant was. Hope there was something there that helps you out. Good Luck
I had 6Z's total from 3 plants. I was totally surprized by my results. EZ's are known to be heavy yielders. I let em go 80-83 days before chop. Real nice high - no couch necessary. The best way to start plants is right in the pot they will grow up in. Good luck with your plants. Later
yeah that helped. i have my light like 2 feet above plants cause i didnt wanna burn em. do u think i should lower it. or wait a lil longer its only been 2 weeks so far.
A little closer will make the nodes grow closer together...this is good if your looking for a short bushy plant. Your plants will tell you when the light is too close. If the leaves look dried then move it higher.
lol I literally just had the same idea with my last grow. i used 3 computer fans though. 1 intake 1 outtake and one for circulation Also I used a hygrometer to measure the temp and humidity Worked very well nice thread
