    Nope. lol

  3. Colbert Report just said the funniest stuff about this. lol I'm not sure if it's on YouTube or anything.

  4. Sex is a choice, people.
you don't want kids, don't have sex.

I've lived without for six years, and I'm still alive. The last time I got laid was June of 2005--the last time I had a partner I though would make a decent co-parent if the condoms didn't work.
I'm as sane as I was six years ago.

and three of those six were spent on a college campus, with all that pretty young stuff walking around day after day. 60% of the student population was female. But I couldn't see ANY of them being up to parenting at that age. It was not always easy, because many of those young women were very attractive, intelligent, and emotionally mature for their age, just not up to parenting yet.

Sex is not a requirement for life. You do not have a RIGHT to get laid.
you wanna hump like bunnies, fine, but not on my dime.

  5. the last folks I heard proposing this were attached to eugenics programs

  6. I was going to comment on this but I really didn't want to read through these because I know I'm going to agitated.
But let me just put it this way.
-People are having too many babies. People who can't afford these babies are putting a strain on this economy.
-Don't want babies, don't have sex? Sure...that sounds about right....maybe if we were in ancient fucking times and we are super (ridiculously) religious.
-We have the means for contraceptives. Although...price really shouldn't be an excuse for not using them. I mean, I was on a birth control that was 10 dollars a prescription without insurance. If you can't spend 10$ a month on birth control then....shame.

But y'know. I think the root of a lot of problems with people's perception of sex in this country is because of the abstinence programs they're teaching and school.

  7. When exactly was this, in the 1920's?

I doubt Lurk was alive in the 1920's, actually.

  9. You guys don't have free birth control yet? I did not know that.

  10. If Norway doesn't provide free birth control, then of course the US government doesn't.

We have private organizations that provide free birth control, I'm sure you guys do too.

  11. The eugenics programs are still alive and well in the US, largely through the actions and programs sponsored by the late Margaret Sanger--including Planned Parenthood. Positive eugenics and negative eugenics are still both eugenics.

I do not equate birth control services available today, from Planned Parenthood, with eugenics. It is voluntary, a choice that is available.

Without birth control there will be more even more poverty, crime, disease and wars. Science made this overpopulation possible, and science can also prevent it.

Your second paragraph screams eugenics. lol Just thought I'd mention I find that pretty ironic. lol

  14. viagra/cialis is covered by subsidized health insurance, birth control costs money (until now). so i can semi-understand this. Not saying i support it.
