I was born & raised in Paris so I can only speak for that city but the weed sucks. It'll get you high yet hash is cheaper & easier to find! If a stranger is selling you a baggie they'll most likely rip you off so make sure you check it before you hand them the $$$!
If you find weed in France, either it's shit, either it's homegrown (thats the best) or imported from netherlands and way overpriced..... Otherwise hash is everywhere in France, just don't buy it from kids or "thugish" looking people (hoodies, joggins.. sorry for the stereotype but this quite true in france tbh) because you will likely get stuff which is mixed with really bad stuff (going from caramel to tires; France is pretty shitty for MJ.. Just grow your own, seeds are legal
