Fox Farm Ocean Forest

  1. Hi all,

Newbie here. Growing a couple of auto's in my grow space using FF Ocean Forest. They are in between 3 and 4 weeks old and they are starting to show signs of nutrient burn (yellowing tips) and some of the leaves are very green and turning slightly down.

I am pretty sure I'm not over watering (5 days between each water) and i am not giving them any fertilizer, just pH 6.5 water.

Has anyone had this experience with Ocean Forest Soil? Can it be too hot for certain strains?

    Help!

  2. Are you foliar spraying? Could be magnified light burn. I've seen that.

But I'm using ffof without issue. I do a fwwwf cycle and at week 4 of veg I only feed between 150-200 ppm total. Waterings have some cal mag and additives but no primary nutes.

People say it's hot, but I think they just over feed.....

Been in FFOF since Jan 1st with nothing but my nasty city plain hose water.. It's a decent enough soil and doesn't change from bag to bag and I can use it on the smallest clones without harm..
