Just wanted to put this out there, was doing some research into PL-L bulbs and fixtures, found this site: AHSupply: Compact Fluorescent Lighting Kits They've got some kits with reflectors they're selling as aquarium lights that look perfect for our intentions . Found the link from "Carolina" at Help with finding higher wattage lighting - Aquascaping World Forum Not affiliated with these guys in any way, just was very surprised to find someone offering a kit like this, I've been looking all over and PL-L info is pretty sparse.
