Nope. Agelenopsis pennsylvanica. Not wolf-spiders, but agelenids. Harmless spiders. shame on you for killing them.
Nope. Agelenopsis. tegenaria (actually Eratigena, now) have much longer legs, and lack bold black markings. if you look at the top specimen, you'll see the dark blotch between the tibia and metatarsus. Here is Agelenopsis aperta, for reference: I'm quite familiar with this genus.
