This happened like 5 months ago, back when I was a senior. I was goin out to lunch with some friends at this Mexican restraunt a few blocks away from my school. We went out, and were eating at this place. I was reaaaaally full, and the waitress came up and gave us our check. I was paying for a 1/3 since there were 3 of us. About 5 minutes later I see that the waitress took our money and we were about to leave when one of my friends goes "dude...look at all that money!" I look right next to me and on my seat there was a TON of bills! I was like ...I wasn't sure if I should take it or not...my friends didnt want it, but I decided, w/e I'll take it. I picked it up, shoved it in my pocket and we walked quickly out of the resturaunt. I counted it after we left, and counted $48. This really cheered me up , and right when I was about to enter the school, my dealer at the school came up and asked if I needed any weed. I was like "hmmm...YES!" he asked how much, and I decided hell why not just splurge? I bought a fat 1/8th of some B.C that just came in. I figure it fell out of the waitress'es little pouch she had on her waist. I felt a little bad afterwards, but at the end of the day I saw the the waitress who served us (husband of the owner) driving w/ him in a 2006 convertable corvette, so I'm guessing they didnt need it. But anyways share your stories about finding money!
lol.. i always seem to get lucky when it comes to finding money.. i found $20 on a sidewalk in my neighborhood; found $10 on some old steps of an abandon building; found $280 at a baseball game
unfortunatly, i think i know whos it was. *edit* didnt read you whole post before replying well i was a bus boy before. actually, i've worked it reataraunts for 5 years. well typically, bus boys sometimes, put the cash on the booths or chairs or w/e when youre cleaning off the table. its just respect not to go through their money. sometimes u leave it on the table, or on the chair. if your busy you cant count your money to the end. just a thought. maybe some fuck just dropped his dough.
Yea, I find mad cash I found $100 bill on a cash machine in vegas, a 50 on the side walk in vegas, in NYC three rolled up 20's on some bench, like two other times I found 20's random sidewalks. This is over like 12 years mind you, but I still feel lucky. Ive never lost money to my knowledge either.
i got 15 bucks of pure silver quarters at a coinstar machine reject slot, an turned it in at a coin shop(pure silver quarters arent legal to spend anymore) an got 57 bucks for all the fuckers i also found a 20 outside the grocery store one time
i was working on a farm once and i found an old 20$ bill. it had a blue like emblem thingy next to the face on it, usually there green. i still have it, cause i think its valuable, but i dunno.
yeah i dont remember really finding money that much except for a few occasional times but i found a 15 dollar sack of some ice when i was walking home from school and couple months ago and 2 or 3 weeks later found 2 dubs of some crack in a bag like 3-4 blocks away from my house. I remember I went to my friend Jessiah's house sold them to some piscah. Love california.....
Some people at my school got a ladder, and stapled a dollar high up on a tree. Then filmed a half dozen people trying to get it. Until a group of guys banded together, and one stood on the others and got the dollar.
found a $20 once while walkin down the streets of boston. also a couple years ago at school i was at lunch and walking out to go to the bathroom...and found a $5 on the ground, but wen i picked it up the back was blank....someone had photocopied a $5 and crumpled it and threw it on the ground...and theni realised some smartass freshmen were laffing 3 tables away from me, then i laffed and gave them credit for it and threw it back on the ground for the next victim.
we did that with gorilla glue (shit never comes unstuck) and a quarter in the lunch room. after about a week the janitor had to come and replace the tile because he couldnt scrape the quarter off of it.
