If you can prove it was revenge, you might get hit with the smallest misdemeanor possible as a worse case scenario. SO I will go back again and say, it's all about personal responsibility. lol claiming to not want something exposed that you have been videotaped doing makes little sense, you inherently agreed that whatever was video taped (as an adult) has the possibility of being exposed publicly. That is of course if they were two adults participating in the video taping, and not the unknowing video record account. so we lack information to make a judgement because we do not know what the pornography looks like, was it a website that does an "exposed" theme, was she aware of the camera during the act? I don't know all aspects of the law though.
