Found little fly inside growroom, help to identify and destroy

Found what seems to be a fruit fly, like the ones I see on bananas, never had pests before and only found 1 guy, I usually spray Off! Repellent just in case, should I worry? Here's the pic

 

To me is a fungus gnat, which if not mistaken can be destroyed just by stop watering for a few days
