Found High CBD strain in colorado springs

Discussion in 'Medical Marijuana Usage and Applications' started by Brenjin, Oct 8, 2011.

  1. Hey, I just recently became a mmj patient a little while ago and i found this great dispensary with a very special 14% cbd strain. It also has like 19% cbd-a or something along those lines, i cant remember that one correctly.

Anyway, Just thought it would be helpful for anyone like me who's needs demand more cbd than the average patient.

The strain is called Tora Bora and the dispensary is called Natural Mystic Caregivers LLC.

They also have a crazy cbd wax CBD Wax | Full Spectrum Labs but they didnt have it in the club at the time I was there.

I'm in no way affiliated with this dispensary they were just very kind and helpful and i found them to have very good medicine.

check them out if your in the area

  2. This is very promising, as an arthritis sufferer I am very glad to hear of it.
Now back to beating the NC legislature.

  3. word, theres a couple other places along the front range that have been popping out strains like that

  4. Are there seeds available?

doesn't normal wax have way over 30% thc? but way less than 50% cbd?

lol what all does weed have in it? i knew it wasn't just thc but i can't name the others..

CBD, CBD-A, and anything else? i guess that site has it all listed? THCV, CBC, and CBN? lol why isn't there any in the wax.

i figured this is what set those "landraces" from India apart from other frostier nugs over here in the USA. (they are landraces, right?)
or does that not have to do with the CBD, CBD-a, etc..

sorry to ask so many questions but this has been on my mind for a while and it's on topic..

  7. normal wax is like 70-90% thc
but usually like less then 1% cbd

but there are many, many cannabanoids within weed, we just don't have a way to isolate a bunch of them to test.

  8. They have normal wax but that wax is specifically made to contain a high concentration of cbd. It also has an assload of cbd-a.

I'm not sure about seeds but i do know they have clones.

I'm definitely gonna pick up at least one of the tora bora myself.

Also, after having had a couple nights to medicate with this strain i can say its just fantastic.

Just slowly numbs and sedates you like nothing i've used before.

  9. what does 52% cbd high feel like

  10. Sure we have ways. The very fact that we've found so many individual cannabinoids will back that up. Here's why we don't see more CBD and other specific cannaboid products - It cost $$$$$$$$$'s, way more $$$$$$$$$$'s than patients can afford. We drove a vehicle around Mars for a years - you can bet your ass we can isolate individual molecules of the weed plant.

  11. correct me if i'm wrong, but the ratio of CBD, CBD-A, and THC are not what determine the difference between indica and sativa? just between strains?
lol is indica and sativa more subtle than that and makes each molecule different? (like marinol is THC but doesn't work like marijuana's thc.. wondering what makes sativa/indica diff.. diff THC or diff ratio of "cannabinoids".

doesn't MID grade have a higher CBD/CBD-A to THC ratio and that's why it feels different? jw lol it would probably still be too little to tell the diff, right?

damn now i'm really interested in this.. i mean it must 'fuck you up' right?
it's in no way an 'uppity' but a couchlock? or is that the strain and not the cannabinoid ratio at play?

edit: lot of ?s sorry lol this hash got me stoned

  12. I haven't had a chance to try the cbd wax yet, they didn't have it in the club at the time i was there.

What makes each cannabis strain unique is its unique composite of cannabinoids and terpenes. Terpenes are rather important and some people forget all about em. Indica's naturally grow more cbd and sativa's naturally grow more thc, but if somehow a sativa and indica strain had the exact same cannabinoid concentration and the exact same amount and type of terpenes then they would produce the same effect regardless of being different strains.

Also. Tora Bora still has about 9% thc so its not lacking in that like some other cbd heavy strains, but yeah its very couchlocky and that has everything to do with the cannabinoid ratio.

  13. hmm. that almost seems TOO simple... like it goes even deeper than quantitative amounts.
