I just graduated bootcamp and I know some blades have been considering joining the military and have questions about the enlistment process and if you have any questions ask away. I will give you no bull shit answers. I can answer your questions about the whole enlistment process. I can only answer specifics about marine corps bootcamp, but a lot of it can be applied to other branches.
Gratz on graduating Basic. I'm in the army, but how does the marines work? Do you have to go to more training after basic? Or are you at your duty station right now...or are you at home chilling cause your on leave haha.
Thanx bro. I go to MCT (Marine Combat Training). If you aren't infantry you have 1 month training. If you are infantry then you have 2 1/2 months of training at School of Infantry. After that you get assigned to your unit, unless your one of the lucky ones that are given the opportunity to go Recon, then you have a lot more training before you get assigned to your unit. No. But we did have a couple psychopath/shitbird recruits in my platoon that ended up threatening the DI, and the other one blew out his own knee on the rifle range.
hahaha. No. I'm not your standard motarded boot. There are plenty of fine soldiers out there. I haven't done shit yet while soldiers are sacrificing oversees. I have heard all types of bullshit like the standard infantry marine is more highly trained than an army ranger, which is complete bullshit because army rangers is special forces. There are definitely more shitheads in the army, but there are a lot of good guys too. If you can do your job I don't care what branch your from.

Lol iunno id have to call bullshit on the ranger being less then infantry, if you get a chance you should look at the training you have to do to get the ranger tab, its pretty damn tough to get. do they allow females in the marines? and if so, do theyf uck like rabbits haha. Nah but for real if they allow females, youll probably soon start rating females on deployment length. Like, shes a 8 month deployment, or damn shes hot shes like a first day deployment. haha.

Yea they let females in, they are just not allowed infantry. And if I didn't know any better I would say you read the TL comics. And an attractive female marine is rare. Its like finding Where's Waldo. You know she is there its just gunna be hard as fuck to find her.
