Is anyone getting the new halo game? I was very disapointed with the money i wasted on halo 4. I pretty much play halo soley for forge mode. And they actually DECREASED the quality of forge from halo reach to halo 4. I don't think I'll ever be excited for another Halo, ever since Bungie handed over development to 343 Industries. Halo 4 was a bad joke.
i couldn't really get into the forge mode to be honest, on any of the games, and halo is one of my favourite game series, but i was use to the far cry map editor, and i guess i was expecting forge to be like that. i have hope for halo 5 though, i didn't care for halo 4 that much, although i did like the story. i think 343 will do a better job on this one, but i really don't think it will be able to live up to the halo games made by bungie though. what im hoping for is a halo 2 anniversary, that is rumoured to be coming out this year...that would be sweet if it is true, as halo 2 was personally my favourite

i've only used forge and far cry map editors, but the map editor on far cry, any of them really, except maybe far cry 2, you can do so much with the map editor, like making land editing, giving a different color, hell there was even a way to make the map where you could get out of the map on the first one....the first one was probally the best, and some of the maps people made on them on xbox live were crazy good, like one dude maybe a D-day map. Far cry 3 has a good map editor, but the controls were not as easy as the first, i couldn't really get into the third one, just because of the controls. Halo and Far Cry 3, are pretty much the only games i've played with map editor though
