The baby looks really weird, but if babies that normally die of spontaneous abortion due to genetic mutation lived through the term of the pregnancy, you'd be seeing a lot more of that. It's just weird to see one fully developed. There are actually a large percentage of mutated conceptions, we just don't get to see the result because the mother's body "knows" of the mutation and aborts the fetus.
