For those using BUBBLE BUCKETS

    5 gallon buckets come in many shapes and sizes......


    Well, not really, but I've recently found a source for square five gallon buckets. They're 10.5"x10.5"x12" rectangular cubes rather than 12"x14.5" cylinders (just a bit of info for those short on space). The flat surface is also better for getting a good seal on fittings.

    They should be available at just about any sushi restaurant as these are the containers for 20lbs. of pickled ginger.

    Too much work? To go eat sushi, and then ask the Chef for some free buckets? You're kidding right?....


    Yeah, I'll save my eight dollars for another round of nigiri. I'll take the 5min rinse job instead.
