Since George Carlin died last night at the age of 71, I decided to make a tribute post of some of his videos. If you have anymore post 'em. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MeSSwKffj9o http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0u6lCBnRoHQ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MvgN5gCuLac http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MrXvDXVhqfU http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h67k9eEw9AY http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=george+carlin&search_type=&aq=f Enjoy.
I know, that's why this one is a "tribute" with links for people to enjoy rather than lament his death.
I couldn't find the other one so I'll post here about my love for The Conductor. I grew up watching this guy as the conductor on Shining Time Railroad. As I grew older I stopped watching that show and forgot about that tiny little man for a few years. Then when I was just entering 7th grade I was scrolling through the channels and landed on HBO and heard this guy say something about how rape is funny. I stopped and didn't click over to another channel til he was off the stage. Then it hit me, holy shit that was THE CONDUCTOR! Since then I've been in love with the guy's work and logic. He is definitely going to be missed by me and the rest of the world. Thanks Geroge.
