    All,

    Going in for my rec next month due to having arthritis at 23 in my damn knees. I own two assault rifles. Nevada gun laws are a little more awesome than the weed laws at the moment. Can any MMJ patients in Nevada answer me the following questions three:

    1. Do I have to give up my guns for MMJ
    2. Is RA or AS arthritis enough to get it here
    3. I can only grow 6 plants then and can't buy it anywhere, right?

    In Nevada you can grow up to 7 plants. 4 immature 3 budding plants.
    It is illegal to buy/sell/Trade marijuana in NV. It is only legal to give it away for FREE.
    You can have 1 oz on you.

    Word of advice. Call or better yet fax Nevada Division of health a week after you send in your application. Ask them for your temporary letter. If you dont your application will just sit there collecting dust :mad:. These people are lazy.

    I dont think you have to give up your guns but you should NEVER drive with a gun and marijuana in the car at the same time.
