I just saw this documentary, Food Inc. It focuses on the American food industry and the massive players who control what the majority of people eat, and although I live in Australia I found it incredibly disturbing. This movie has me thinking a lot more about what I eat. I'm not a vegan or anything but I do avoid fast food and unneeded crap unless it's coffee. Now I'm even more wary of what I eat. It's scary and makes you want to have a greenhouse for food.
