Havnt renewed my card since I got it in I believe 08' ...read somewhere about needing a follow up appointment with doctor after rec gets signed? 6 months after or sompt? Any truth to this and what are these appointment for exactly and what is the going cost? Thanks if anyone can clear this up. Also am looking for low cost docs in say lansing or kazoo area...thx
