Yes. Spray with PH adjusted water. However, I personally don't recommend foliar spraying unless there is a nutrient problem of some kind. The reason for this is because if you spray the plant and the lights shine on it, the water drops can magnify the light and actually burn your plant. Additionally, having your plant constantly wet can invite mold as well.
