Flushing plants with milk to lower ph

Discussion in 'Sick Plants and Problems' started by Swa_Swa, Aug 24, 2007.

  1. I ran out of ph down and was wondering if milk mixed with water would lower ph with out causing problems. My milk has a ph of 6.5 and my tap water is 7.3-7.7 curious if it would work or not. My ph up/down comes monday :(

  2. kirara and I want to know what prompted you to check your milk? Then after laughing uncontrolably trying to figure out what all else you've stuck your ph meter in?

Milk? What strain you smoking on? We want a clone:)

No idea. Pet shop near? ph down for fish works well.

  4. Im growin in soil and have used vinegar for ph down with no negative reactions. yet.

  5. I tried the fish stuff at walmart but all it does is neutralize it to 7 and the water is 7.7 so it took it down to 7.3 with a whole bottle lol. I tried it, I will report back to you guys. I have stuck my blue labs truncheon everywhere even my toilet lol. Its such a damn good ph meter :hello:. I would have used something else but I'm lazy and don't feel like driving and Monday my ph up/down comes anyway.

Its ice cream by the way :) it makes perfectly good sense haha
