Could anyone tell me how long to flush out for? My plant is into it's second week of 12/12 so i'ce got 6 weeks left at what week should I start flushing anyone know? P.S should I flush it with anything or just water? Cheers and may the green be with you.
I'm new but I'll add what I can: Flushing is done during the final week to two weeks of your flower period and it's purpose is to cause the plant to use up any residual fertilizer/nutrients that are stored within the plant. I used Distilled Water with unsulphered molasses (1TB/Gallon) for the last 10 days of my harvest and it was fine.
Right on Mirvs.Use clean water to flush out any toxic's from the plant i.e any fertilizer or nutrients you have added to your plant during its life cycle.You don"t have to use Distilled water,but there"s no harm in using it either.You flush for 07-14 days then let it dry out.
