Flushing and nutes

  1. Hello I have 2 plants that are in flowering and I have been just using tiger bloom itself, one of them is abt 5 week and half in flowering and most of the trichomes r a lil cloudy, I think it’s time for a flush as the buds are not swelling much, after I flush should I still fertilize? Should I switch to big bloom fox farm and just use that until harvest ? I don’t know what to do

  2. Use you're nutrient that has a higher number in the p-k range ,
Do not start flushing until you are sure you are ready to harvest being you will begin drowning the roots .

Partly milky isn't ready and most plants put on the majority of weight in their final push the last few weeks .
You harvest to early and all your work will be for nothing .

  3. And no , to feed after flush is kinda defeating the purpose of flush .

  4. You want to flush 5-7 days before harvest so the plant has no nutes to suck up making the plant survive of it's own reserves which will mean it starts eating itself (so leaves will start yellowing and looking like its dying)

As for if you should flush now... its kinda subjective!

What kinda high do you want?

    If you want a buzz:
Harvest when majority of trics are milky/cloudy with just a few and a few amber starting.

    If you want Couch lock:
Harvest when majority of trics are amber with just a few still cloudy.

Personally sounds a little early to flush even for buzz, but good closeup Pics of the bud would help us to help you at this point.
Try and spread a bud open (if you can) so you can see more of the inner trics rather than just what's around the extremity.

  5. Is it normal that my buds are not that big at all and it’s week 5 and half flowering ? I can’t tell if the trichomes are milky or clear

  6. Well for starters your looking at the sugar leaves and not the actual bud, then if the breeder says it’s a 8-10 week flower that means it’s probably a 10-14 week stain, and the true swelling won’t happen till that 10-14 week time frame.....

  7. What light are you using?

    How big is your space?

What nutes are you feeding in bloom?

  8. I’m using a 1000 watt grow light with 2 plants that r around 2 and half feet. I flushed once during the early flowering stage, and I’ve been feeding them tiger bloom,

  9. 3tsps a gallon and I added a extra tsp last time I fed them

  10. It’s been 5 and half weeks for the first plant and I don’t know when to flush it,

  11. You have a ways to go ,
"Weeks" see all those white hairs they say more time
You are way out from flush , keep feeding with your regular rotation

  12. What kind of 1000w grow light. Looks like a Chinese blurple. That being said it probably only draws about ~100 actual watts.

  13. As FL430 says about the size of the buds,
It does look like they have a while longer to go yet.

I would wait for a little more feed back, but to me that plant looks way too dark. Possibly OD'ing a little on N? 2nd opinion anyone?

  16. I am using a sunraise grow light and I want to try to get the most potent healthy stuff, should I stick with tiger bloom when I feed ? Or should I switch nutes or add nutes, I have big bloom fox farm and grow big fox farm on the side,

  17. Your light is only 165 watts. It’s barely enough for a decent crop off one plant, directly underneath the light. There’s not much penetration, so the lowers will be larf.

You need a pk boost about mid flower, but don’t expect much of a harvest.
