Hey guys, I flushed my plants since I noticed I wasnt getting any runoff. That day I noticed my purple cheese leaves start to droop right after the flush. Next day it fixed itself but the tips of the serrated leaves were standing up and still are? What is this from? should i do another flush? Backgroud info: Day 51 coco/perlite ff nutes calmag 300 w & 800w LED lights ppm levels 500-650 PH 5.8-6.1 Temps 77-84f RH 32-55
Leafs will droop whenever you flush, they will come back up. Leafs curl are the edges upward because of humidity, light intensity, or possible magnesium def. My current 6 Jock Horror Autos, coco coir grow.
too much humidity or too low? the light distance from them are as per the light manufacturer I think 28-30In. and if its Mag def, how can i correct it? I know google exists lol but Id like your input if possible lol thanks!!
In my coco I use a half teaspoon of Epsom salts per gallon of water. And to much humidity can cause those issues. Can you take a picture of the plants under regular lighting? My current 6 Jock Horror Autos, coco coir grow.
I noticed i wasnt getting any runoff. Ill post better pics later but theres no discoloration or anything. They look a healthy green
Theyve always had that color on them....its purple cheese so i just thought it was genetics but now You got me thinking....
Well hit them with abit of mag and see. Don't expect immediately fix but observe over a few days. Do you spray your leafs at all? My current 6 Jock Horror Autos, coco coir grow.
Fuckkkkkk! I haven't sprayed them since they were young young lol I'll be so wrapped up in getting the ec levels coming out I forget to spray! When I was I was spraying with calmag and Rhiz.
Spray is not needed lol I was just asking a general question. Spraying will probably compound the problem worse. Just try the solution I said first and see. Humidity in flowering should be low also. My current 6 Jock Horror Autos, coco coir grow.
I do have to agree here, generally coco you flush the coco, before use, and before flowering. Should be good as long as you are allowing sufficient runoff. Forgot to ask about that. Thanks Jerry. My current 6 Jock Horror Autos, coco coir grow.
I wasn't getting any runoff! Lol This is why I flushed in the first place. Is this not how you would fix that issue?
I can see your reasoning. Sorry got mixed up. On every feeding, there should always be sufficient runoff. Either has to be dumped or shopvac. My current 6 Jock Horror Autos, coco coir grow.
