Flushed and Checked pH, still dont' know what's wrong.

  1. Hi,

I've had yellowing leaves and some nice ppl have suggested that it looks like either pH problem or phosphorus deficiency. so suggested that I should flush the plant and give it normal flowering nutrients. So I did exactly that, pH is around 5.9, the yellowing slowed down but didn't stop. So does this still look like phosphorous deficiency? Thanks a bunch in advance.

I'm 37 day into flowering, so 2nd day of the 6 week into flowering.

  2. if you ask me its just the normal progression of the plant the buds look great i would just let it alone and keep your feeding schedule

  3. You said your pH is 5.9 that's good if you are growing in coco coir.
If not you might have a lock out starting so what is your growing material.

  4. If you can afford it buy your self a blue lab soil tester.
You can check your growing material with it and also check liquid with it.
Best tool I ever bought for growing. Screenshot_20230927-110706.png

  5. What's the medium?

my medium is about 40% coco and 40% peat moss soil and 20% earthworm casting.

  7. I think that may be some of your problem, really don't know what to tell you except if you want to use coco use it with perlite mixed in, and if you want to grow in promix you can add EWC with it.
But you will have to ride this grow out and hope you get some good smoke.
With each grow you will learn what works and what doesn't.
But I myself think the coco in your mixture is causing you some problems.

  8. look close, the fans are sucked dry of any green very few plants other than over nuted weeds goes to flowering with out loosing some leaves....ask any Canadian (re maple trees)
a shot of calmag might be a good idea about now

    looks good chill

  9. Yes the coco in has mixture will suck up calcium and magnesium so probably wouldn't hurt to add that.

  10. Thanks. I do have perlite in the soil, but I think it was only like 5 to 10%. And I just added cal-mag hopefully it’ll look okay until harvest. Because my last plant was looking very similar and toward the end the sugar leaves also turned yellow and dried up, so that plant basically died (seems like) at the end before harvest time. Again, Thanks a lot for ur replies~

  11. You said normal flowering nutrients?? What might those nutrients be??? And plants should have a steady feed of Calcium/Magnesium, regardless of the source. Magnesium is the #1 deficiency in container gardening, and weed is a huge consumer of magnesium, and calcium.
Does your flowering nutrients have enough Nitrogen?? Its a myth to cut Nitrogen in flowering.

  12. Hi,

I’m using the AN organic line. the npk ratio is about 26:20:50 (this numbers I got from adding everything up) and cal-mag is around 7:3.5. But since it looked so yellow, I’ve added extra k, to see if i can delay it’s dying.

Can organic nutrient also cause nutrient lock or nute burn?
