I'm growing 4 plants under a 4ft T8 with 2 32 watt 6500k bulbs, is this sufficient lighting? I know I could definitely use more but I'm tight on budget right now so I was hoping this would do ok for now. The plants are 10 days, 9, and two at 7 days, and they are doing ok right now, but for 10 days veg I feel it should have more than 2 sets of leaves
