    those would work for veg because they're 6500k, but for flowering I believe you would want some 2700-3000k bulbs so you could go to your local store and pick up some soft, or warm white CFL's.FOr how much those would cost(+shipping) it would be cheaper to go all CFL's though.

    FL are still more efficient than CFL (lumens/watt). You can veg with 2 of those but you will probably need 4 for flowering so you might as well have 4. As mentioned above you need the right bulbs for flowering too. Along with using FL you should LST or ScrOG because the lights just don't penetrate.
