Hello, I'm a newbie to indoor growing. But i really read a lot and have some information. Unfortunately i couldn't afford a HPS system so i bought two 36 Watt (2x2500 lumen) fluorescent bulbs on a 20 cm wide 80 cm lenght pot. I wonder that if this fluorescent bulbs works for growing indoor. My second question is that why don't my seeds germinate. I try to germinate 15 seeds and after 4 days i have just one seedling. I first soaked them for 8 hours in a germinating solution, then put them between wet paper towels. 2 days later only one of them germinated. This is the 5.th day and there is no difference on the other seeds.
