Flu After Smoking Pot?

    So, I smoke always except for spring due to track season. And my track season got over about a month and a half ago and I've been getting high everyday. The past few days I've been smoking a shitton more than I usually do with my best friend, and now I have the flu. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with smoking too much or if I'm just sick. Just wondering if anyone can relate or tell me if this has to do with toking? Thanks! :) <3
