This plant has been outside it's whole life. It's only the middle of April, why does it look like it flowering already? It's not an auto flower, at least not on purpose.
Cannabis flowers at 14.5 and below. Northern Hemisphere only June and July have days long enough to veg Cannabis. Southern Hemisphere only December and January will veg. Basically just the 30 days either side of the summer solstice is dependable Veg hours of lighting outside. BNW
Seedlings are not light sensitive for about the first month so they appear to be vegging normally for around 30 days before becoming mature enough to grow aware of the short days and flower. BNW
