Dude, if you're growing outside, you're at the mercy of Mother Nature. Just let them grow -they'll stretch and get bigger as they get further into flowering! The vegetative and flowering states of cannabis are purely a result of the amount of hours of light the plant receives and if those hours are increasing or decreasing. Today is the summer solstice.
