Its now a little over three weeks old, and has female preflowers.... all have is my phone to take pictures with, so they suck.... but, this is her...

  3. I beg to differ... thank you very much. It has 4 small white pistils sticking up from the very top node.... it is most definately female... I have no problem distinguishing between sex... please keep useless replies to yourself.

  4. Hmm not to be puttin you down but i did the same thing my last grow and it never put it into flower becuz it was too young.. it just grew very slow like if it was outside..

  5. Hmm... yeah... I dont really care, i only kept it for the hell of it, just to be watching another plant grow, and to see what it would do...

But, its cool to at least see pistils after only three weeks...

  6. plants look nice.that growing medium looks a little woody.what are you using if you dont mind my asking?

  7. I used Scott's Garden Soil..... its (.08, .05, 05).... It has seemed to work fine, it was just the cheapest thing. although, next time i beleive i will mix some extra perlite in...

  8. This is not the best of pictures (once again, my cell phone)... but, you can most definately see pistils in this picture... its just odd, that it matured that fast. I did not think that it would flower at all... it has about 2-4 new pistils each day right now...

Would most do this? has anyone here ever begun a seedling under 12/12 light just to see what happened?

Most sites that i have seen say that a marijuana plant is not really mature and ready to produce flowers until like 60 days old... [IMG]

  9. My guess is that you'll have an extended flower time and less yeild. To makeup for the yeild try and get the lights atleast 2-3 inches close to the plant (if you are using flouros) and think about adding incandescent light bulbs to increase red spectrum lighting. VOID everything I said about lighting if you are using an HPS.

  10. Many sativa strains are recommended to be placed straight into flower from the breeders due to the stretching, and hieght of them. Some even tell you to drop it back to 10/14 if they dont start to flower.. It can be done, and I bet it buds up just fine staight 12/12 to harvest.. Please keep it going I;d like to see.

I actually had an extra seed of PPP pure powe plant, and threw it in my flower straight 12/12 today, so we'll see.. It's a nice sativa strain form what I heard
