i plan on transplanting some vegging plants outside, its very bright all year round...reallly really bright im curious as to how they flower seeing as how their is no winter
It's the length of day light, vs. the hours of darkness. Even though it's warm out the nights do get longer in the fall, equinox is everywhere, see? when you get about the same amount of sun as night, they will flower!
