Flowering Clones??

  1. Okay..so sometimes i get super high and google weird ass grow techniques. I heard of taking clones that are about 21 days in bloom, rooting them and flowering...

So I guess I would try it. I took some cuts and put them on 24/0, I would put them on 20/4 but im using all my timers and have so many grows going, this sint even worth spending the money.

well, a few clones showed very nice roots today. Im still trying to figure out how im gonna grow them, in a stand alone hydrofarm or soil?? Im guessing soil, to make it easier. im not expecting much. maybe a 1/4thoz??...

    anyone...

BTW will start on a mild bloom of 700ppm..

  2. I might be high, well, OK, I am high :smoke:
But I don't understand the question

  3. lol, will it work?? Alot of people say it wont work. Im gonna just put them in soil and under a 1k light

  4. So the Q is, Will 21 day old clones, in soil, under 1000W yield at least a 1/4 O?

It's hard to say without actually seeing the clones :confused_2:
But if it's 21 days from rooting.... in my opinion, I would think it quite do able :D
Provided you do your part ;)

These are just practice thoughts though...
If they were actual thoughts, the thought police would have been here by now :hippie:

  5. im confused? youre taking clones off a plant flowering for 21 days? then try to root them? to get a 1/4 oz? is that correct?

  6. You can flower rooted clones. Seen it done. Each one popped off like a gram or 2 dried. Wasn't pretty though and not nearly as potent compared normal cycle from same strain, but funny to see.

  7. isnt this a form of re veging?

  8. Okay...........Maybe I'm confused........Your going to take a clone off a flowering plant just to root it and continue flowering? I dont get it? Whats the point.......?

  9. this thread might actually get somewhere if the majority of us were sober...

  10. I was going to take a clone from a plant that was 21 days in flower. I actually took it at 16 days. They rooted fine. I was gonna just try and flower them, but i think theyll die off with that much light so early. Im vegging them under 18/6 on a 4 bulb t5, 4 plants 2 sour creams and 2 white widows. I put them in soil. i have about 3 weeks left in my soil grow, I have 5 plants in waterfarms im also vegging. As soon as everything in the flower room is done. Or I have some more room. i will put them in there. ill take a few pics when they actually look worth a damn.....

there alive though. these are from femmed seeds. So im gonna keep my eye for any mutant growth...

  11. I think if we combine those two quotes the haze becomes clearer :smoke::smoking::laughing:

  12. Damn you stoners, thread is kind of hard to follow. Yes you can take clones from a flowering plant as stated above. it takes a hellava long time to get them to reveg.
I took some clones off The Ultimate from Dutch Passion that was 5 weeks into flower. Out of all the Femmed Ultimate beans that I planted this plant had all the side branches coming up to meet the main cola with buds of their own. Huge yield with many nice buds just as big as the main. I did nothing to this plant in the way of trimming and it had real good structure.
Anyway, the clones took almost 2 weeks to show roots and another 4 to start showing any veg. I used an aeroponics set-up, no nutes, fluorescent lights at 24/0 and a water heater set to 80. I misted twice a day with a diluted Superthrive solution.
Roots really took off growing down into the res at 3 weeks at which time I went with a 50% GH 3 part. 4 of the 6 clones started to veg at 6 weeks. Once they got going they took off growing crazy. Here is a pic of the little girls at almost 8 weeks. 2 of the other clones taken still have shown no veg, but have a huge root structure. I am going to see what happens with these 2 as I can't believe the huge root system with no upper growth.
I got a little nute burn throwing them all in at 800ppm. It's since been adjusted down to 500 and they seem to like it there for now.
This thread seems to talk about throwing them into flower again when they start revegging?
I guess I need to start hitting the pipe again as I don't see much of a yield here as well as stressing the shit out of the bitches, But what the hell do I know.
