    Can i set my girl in flower with 1 CFL 23 watt- 2700k, :confused:and maybe see some buds?

    That's way underlit. Bulbs are cheap, no need to skimp...

    You should certainly get more cfls. Like toasty said, they are quite cheap and there is no need to skimp.

    If you've got a little more cash to use, you can get a very nice 150w hps for around 80 dollars shipped on amazon. It is called the sun system 150w hps. It comes with a light, reflector, and ballast. This light throws 16000 lumens which is good enough for a single plant.
