How can Florida be a med mj state when Rick Scott and Darryl Rouson (D-St. Petersburg), are banning the sale of bongs ? Btw Rouson is a former crack head himself. I guess he had his fun.
based on the legislation it's really not that bad and doesn't really change a lot. I mean it got so watered down right at the end that I don't think it will carry a lot of weight or really change a lot. It's just that bongs and such have to be labeled or sold for Tobacco use only... The bill is just an attempt to send a message that they still feel smoking pot is bad, mmmkay.. but it doesn't really do anything. It sucks that they are taking a step back with it, but I still have hopes that HB1139/SB1250 will get through this year, or the unitedforcare.org group will get something on the ballot this year or next.
