Yeah you can use some foundation insulation. Its 7$ for a 1/2"x4'x8' sheet, about 13$ for a 1" thick piece. Its white foam and bug resistant

If it's an 8x6 I'd probably leave the floor bare. You'll inevitably have some spills and concrete is easy to clean.
On my concrete floor I put , 2'' xps rigid insulation board 3/4 " exterior subfloor board One piece linoleum floor covering . Works great!
