flavoring your bud

    has anyone out there been curious enough to try something different when smoking jst to get a little variety? Ive tried many things like putting gatorade in bong water or putting sliced fruit in my stash box with my bud. anyone else done anything similar?

    i bought mids once and i put some lemon juice in a small sample of it, it didnt really change the taste at all but it made the hits alot smother.

    weed doesnt tase bad. if you want to flavor it, use a hookah

    when I store my bud in a coffee container it smells like coffee when I smoke.

    I've done that also, the very first time i ever smoked my friend was tryin to get all creative and made a ghetto bong out of a coffee can and it still had some coffee in the bottom of the can so it tasted a little funny but it also had that nasty alluminum can taste

    I put lemon juice in our bong water one time, and it made the hits slightly lemony but alot smoother... I doubt I would do it again. I have heard of people dropping orange extract on their bud and letting it dry, but I dunno if I'll do that or not.

    An orange peel is good. I'v found myself putting one in almost every bag I get. Makes it nice and moist, Not to mention gives a slight orange taste.

    How big of an orange peel do you put in? Do you just set it on top of the bud?

    I do the orange peel thing too. For about an 8th of weed, just like 1 square inch of peel will work. Make sure the piece doesnt have any sticky orange meat parts, then just let it float around the the bag. Leave a little bit of air, then seal it. Leave the peel until you smoke, put it back in or replace it afterwards. Works very good.

    ok this may sound stupid but bear with me, take a tin of altoids, empty half of them, and put a gram or two of bud in the tin, let it sit for a few days. Now this doesnt really falvour the pot, it might, tell me if it does. But what it does do is falvour the altoid mints so when you bite into em it tastes like fresh greens, and it still freshens your breath... tell me how well it works...

    i had some bud rollin around with altoids for like 2 weeks and i rolled a joint with the weed and it was like a menthol joint. it was awesome. its cooled your throat when you hit it. tasted good too. i want another one of those.

    Hell yeah that is a good idea! I'm going to try the altoids thing tomorrow. I've used an orange peel a few times, but be careful not to overdo it or you will have to dry it out again. :smoke:

    one thing ive done is take those liquid ice mints and pop one on a nug(no more than one) and its exactly like menthols and afterward my breath was minty, there was no need to dry it either it dried in lik 2 minutes i would recomend it if ur interested

    i used to keep orange peels in the my stash, but keep in mind that keeping the peel with your bud for a long time will make it all moldy. not pleasant at all..

    i put a piece of apple in my sack and it made it taste sooo good. it had the best smell too.

    I hear tell that if you put your weed in an Altoids can for a while, your pot gets a minty flavor. I've tried but I don't think I left in in there long enough. Did have a hint of mint (that rhymed) :smoke:

    liquid ice mints man im tellin ya its mintyer than any bud ive had or flavored i would highly recomend it
