2 questions. id like to hear pros and cons on flat white paint vs mylar as well as y ppl use fans for intake. in my mind i c it as if u have enough exhaust the air will come in by itself, and if your pushing air in your box youll hav a bigger chance of pushing air out of any cracks you have. if u only hav an exhaust u can control the smell better
paints a lot cheaper, and some of the time rooms are already painted white. Mylar reflects light more efficiently than just paint. Sometimes people need intake fans if they require a lot of ducting to get to fresh or cool air. Most of the time a passive intake will be sufficient.
I used white paint cuz it's cheap. As for intake fans,I use them since I can'tkeep a fan on 24\7 and since they are about thelevelof the bottom ofm y pot they circulate air at the base of the plant, otherwise I would not usethem.
