  1. Has anybody read this book? I heard it mentioned in something I watched a while ago, and thought it sounded good. Has anybody read it? There aren't any new copies on amazon which makes me wonder if it's any good. Anybody?

  2. I haven't read that one but I've read others by Leary. I like the guy. I always have, even when he seemed to go too far for most of society. It's been a long time since I've read anything by him, but I know he triggered a few insights for me with his writings. I don't think you can go wrong with reading Leary.

  3. Damn...anybody read it? I ordered it anyway, but I was still curious on opinions.

  4. Well, after you read it, why not give a review of it here? Tell us what you thought.

  5. Will do. I hope it arrives tomorrow, or at least in time for 4.20 :)

  6. I'm halway through the book and I have to say it is extremely interesting. It has me wanting to read more. He was a very very intelligent man and has lived a very interesting life. I highly recommend it to anyone.

  7. I read Politics of Ecstasy and High Priest.

PoE Has some great ideas and I carried it with me wherever I went for 2 years. I would crack it open when I wanted some insight.

HP is about trips and is a cool read.

Leary disappointed me. I finally read a bio on him and he disillusioned me. He was a hack after the sixties.
