depends on the style of hip hop but usually I make in the order of kicks>snares>hats>bassline. Then smaller things like crashes, maybe some wood's or chime type of sounds in there along with claps. As for your songs Witch Doctor has no kicks in the actual song which would be a problem. Add some reverb to your snares to make them sound more realistic and download some sound packs. Add some bass to your songs, theres none. Usually hip hop songs have a continuous hat going quicker not like you have it. Hope this helps.
