Hey blades. For the past couple of weeks i've been having a really hard time falling asleep on time. Before we put our clocks ahead 1hr (for DST) two weeks ago I used to fall asleep anywhere from 2am-3am depending on what I had to do the next day. Since then i've been falling asleep anywhere from 4-430am each day, which is a serious drag considering I need to wake up ~ 9am. I find myself needing a decent nap in the afternoon to re-energize me for the rest of the day since I am only getting 4-5hrs of sleep a night. Does anyone have any tips or methods they've used to try and get their sleep schedule back on track or ways to fall asleep? I do not want to take any prescription pills (OTC sleep aids never worked on me to begin with) and unfortunately blazing doesn't help that much either; I usually get couch lock, set up my hookah and watch TV or play video games if I burn at night. I have a couple major papers due in the upcoming days so anything I want to try will have to wait until at least Monday. Thanks for the help!
The way I fix my schedule whenever it gets whacked out is to stay up really late Friday and wake up really early Saturday and do the same for Sunday. It really really sucks to get up after 4 hours of sleep but you pass out Sunday night and your schedule is back to normal!
