Can you use a regular fishtank light for a grow op? I dont know what kind it is it doesnt say all it says on it is like aqua lamp or something. If I can it'd save me alot of ca$h. If ya know please reply
mayb, mayb not. they come in a load of difrant colours, some bad and some ok. the best thing to get is normal white fluros and they cheaper anyway. do u allready have the light? replace the tube, odds r if its 2nd hand the tube is well knackerd by now and will need replacing anyway. if its new still replace it so u know u have the right kinda light.
Ya I got the fishtank off my sister, so it probably is an old bulb gives off kinda a blue color. I will replace though
hmmm a kinda blu colour mite come in handy as it happens. rather than bin it, hang onto it as both seedlings and clones like blu light but not strong light. a knacked old blu light mite b just the thing to boost blue without stressing. id use it along side a normal lite tho to make sure the plants have every colour they need and not just blue.
