  1. Hi GC!

Well, I'm new to this, and this is my first time growing so I figured I would do a journal and get some feedback along the way.

I am growing in a 4'x8'x8' "room" with 2 600 watt hps lamps using a 50/50 mix of coco and perlite in 5 gallon root trapper pots. I'll be using the Botanicare CNS17 nutrients along with liquid karma. I've got 3 silver haze, 2 blue dream and 1 cheese and I hope they all do great, I can't wait to hear what you've got to say. Here's a pic of what they're looking like so far..

The 4 on the left are the silver haze, the 2 in the smaller clear cups are the blue dream and the cheese is on the right side in the back. the SH that has 2 leaves is going and so are the seedlings lol, no time to waste =]

Thanks for reading! There will be more to come soon! :smoke:

I transplanted them today into their final resting places, 5 gallon rootmaker pots.

The top two are my blue dream, the pic on the bottom are of 3 silver haze and the back right is my cheese. Sorry about the funky pics I'm new :D

  3. Everybody too high to post their thoughts? lol :smoke:

  4. not bad! they look good! i'll keep an eye on this.

  5. Thanks man, I'll try and keep it updated pretty well =]

  6. its a good start.

1200W might be a bit overkill for 6 plants, but fuck it... you cant have too much light. :smoke:

If I were you, I'd take half of them and run a scrog under one of the 600s, and take the remaining 3 and put them under the other 600.  You'll get a hell of an education on what plants do naturally and how to implement advanced growing techniques.

i'd be happy to answer any specific questions you have.

  7. Awesome, I appreciate it! I'm sure I'll have questions haha, especially for a seasoned grower =]  In my set up I'd have to do either 2 or 4 under a screen because they sit side by side and in 3 rows, gotta keep them even :bongin:
