First time grower here. i think im all set except for nutrients/feeding. now i read that you dont need to do any feeding of nuts/plantfood/fert till about the 3rd week. this might sound really dumb but is feeding youre plant nuts and fertilizing the same thing? how many times a week should i be feeding it, this is the only topic that worries me i dont wanna be overdoing it. i also read that using organic ferts are a good choice. i also read that in veg stage you should use a high N fert and for flowering a high P low N fert correct? does anyone know a good site to read about feeding plants and such?
Feeding plants nutes and fertilizing are the same thing. Yes do not feed it until week 3 or 3.5. If you use chemical nutes, feed them once every two weeks. Organic ferts are good indeed. In veg use a fert high in N and for flower fertilize with a fert high in P. If you use chemical ferts start them off at 1/4 strength or 1/2 strength because it is very easy to over do it. This will get them used to the fertilizer.
