alright its my first time growin and i got a 40-watt shop light fluro, a fan, and some orange california seeds. If so if i keep the light on like a 20/4 until flowering then a 12/12 how much wll i produce(ballpark) per plant?
Never heard of 20/4 before but i dont see why it wont work! Usually growers choose 24/0 and 18/6 for veg, cos they give the plant no rest or a rest for 6 hours! whatever u preffer really but it is fact that plants under 24/0 grow 25% faster than 18/6 because they photosynthesize 25% longer! 1 40w flouro wont yield much mate, sum more light would be good and there are 2 types of flouros u have to get, "cool whites" for veggin and add "warm whites" for flowering! Look around the forum as well theres loads of info u probably need to read! Hope that helps and welcome to da city! CWL
